Cycling enforcement Operation

Good afternoon all,

You have probably noticed police presence in high visibility jacket this morning at the junction of Brixton Road and Caldwell/ Vassal Street

Stockwell west and Larkhall, Waterloo and Southbank team joined Stockwell East team for a cycle enforcement operation. 

We focused on cyclists who passed red traffic lights and on those who cycled on the pavement  . The aim of the operation was to improve road safety, promote responsible and safe cycling practices.
